What you’ll do:

- Meet regularly via video, phone, or in-person.
- Offer feedback, advice, networking opportunities, and encouragement.

As a Reviewer, you’ll provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on resumes, cover letters, graduate fellowship proposals, TT/Postdoc packets, and/or LinkedIn profiles to early-career scientists and engineers navigating their career search.
What you’ll do:
- Industry: Review 1–2-page resumes, cover letters, or LinkedIn profiles.
- Academic: Review 5-15-page proposals (NSFGF, NASA FINNEST, etc.), or 5-8-page application packets (graduate school, postdoc, tenure-track applications).
- Provide comments or suggested edits via Google Docs or email.
- Share tips based on your professional experience (we’ll give you a review checklist to help guide your feedback).
Time Commitment:
- Flexible and fully remote
- ~30–60 minutes per review
- Volunteer for one-time or recurring reviews—it’s up to you!
Why It Matters:
- A well-polished resume or LinkedIn page can open doors.
- Your feedback could make the difference between being overlooked or landing an interview.
- Many early-career folks don’t know how to write a proposal – you could help them fund their dreams.

As a Creator, you’ll help develop content that supports early-career professionals—whether that’s writing a blog post, designing tip sheets, or assembling helpful job-search guides. Your insights can help others navigate the often-overwhelming world of resumes, interviews, and academic transitions.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with a team to identify high-impact content areas.
- Write blog posts, how-to guides, or resource packets.
- Create templates, checklists, or tip sheets for job or academic searches.
Time Commitment:
- Flexible and remote
- One-off or ongoing projects based on your schedule and interest
Why It Matters:
- Real-world advice, written by people who’ve been there, can empower others to take the next step with confidence.
- Your contributions will live on as part of a growing resource library.
